Location is fantastic with International shopping and Local restaurants nearby. Transportation is close and taxis are always running out on the street in front of the hotel. There is a shrine at the entrance. Check-in is Swift and attentive. When I needed help with Conducting local business, my needs were met by staff carefully and effectively. All their recommendations and calling ahead on my behalf to the businesses meant that my needs were taken care of. I would feel very safe going back to this hotel, knowing that the staff supports me while I’m there. I used the laundry machines which are monitored on the television so you can either program your phone or watch on the television to see when your laundry is done. How convenient! 600/load for w/d, includes soap. I enjoyed the highly effective Air conditioning during the hot summer days. The complementary refrigerator and freezer kept our daily free allotment of water bottles, cold and ready for our return. Towels and robes were always replaced and ready to go. The sink area is a little dim but very nice. The shower room contains a full bath and is extraordinary large, the toilet with built-in bidet Is in a separate room with a motion sensor, light and seat. We had a three person bedroom that included a sofa bed. The sofa bed included a futon overlay, and a comforter, making it just as comfortable as the other beds. It is nearly as large, slightly narrower, but just as long. It sits in the window as he would expect, and my son really liked it. There is a provided kettle for tea, glassware, tea, amenities, and any amenity not in the room can be found in the lobby. There is an extraordinary sky spa on the roof as well. I’ll let the website explain that, but it’s the real deal and you can even see how many people are using it at a time before you go up there by looking at your TV screen to see what the crowd count is before you go up. When I looked, it was almost always a few digits or zero.

Our family of 5 has a good 2 night stay for our first visit to Osaka. Very conveniently located near the heart of the Dotonburi, the Candeo provided a clean and comfortable space to stay. We had a single room with 3 wide single beds and two flat couches that turn into narrow sleeping beds. The capacity 5 room was located on the corner giving us two large glass window walls to view the streets below. The streets were quite busy all day. Occasional fire truck or ambulance sirens, and nightly motorcycle groups would roll by at about 10 pm. But would quiet down after that and sleeping was not a problem. The location is most convenient if you want to be near the Dotonburi. The nearest station is Shinsaibashi if you’re coming from Shin-Osaka station. We used the covered mall streets to access the Shinsaibashi. Osaka Namba station was a convenient walk as well. For check in and out days we rolled our 30” suitcases to/from Shinsaibashi station using exit 6 s it has access to an elevator and connected to the covered mall. The hotel appears to be recently built (we stayed July 2024). It’s very clean and very new feeling. The staff is polite and pleasant as typical for Japanese. They let us hold luggage there after check out for a few hours. The bidet toilet has auto open/close and flush in addition to the typical spray and odor elimination fan. This location also has gender segregated public onsen on the roof which we really enjoyed as it was our first Japanese onsen experience. From the onsen there’s a nice view of the city includes the back side of the large Donkihote arch. We did not purchase breakfast for our stay. Instead we used the 7-11 just one small block away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. It’s close to Namba station, so if you catch the Namba express train from the airport it’s a short walk up the street to the hotel. The hotel is situated on a wide boulevard with many high end shops. Our room on the 12 floor had a view over the city and it was spacious with a separate shower. Breakfast was okay, coffee machine worked well. Bain Marie food only tepid so cold food was a better option for us. After a long day of walking around Osaka it was great to sit back and watch Netflix.

Location and cleanliness of hotel. I hope they maintain it as that is really important. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived tired and hungry late at night and everything was mostly closed but staff help us suggest some places to eat still open. I also like having the washer and dryer that they offered. I like the toilet, shower and sink are separated especially a family of 3 where we share spaces. I also love the dining table, chairs and seating area.

Hotel breakfast was great! Location is great, 3 minutes walk to the popular Dotonbori; similar time to get to the nearest train station. There is no laundry service, but they do provide self-served washing machines - which is awesome! There's a spa at the top level (gender separated, no less), with an indoor and outdoor pool. The temple at the first floor is a nice touch.
